The Apollo Project, in partnership with the Financial Times, runs an annual competition to seek out individuals and organisations from all sectors that are furthering the advancement of inclusive cultures in the workplace to promote meritocracy. By replicating or adapting the ground-breaking initiatives and examples of best practice from its competition winners, the Apollo Project can give other organisations the practical tools needed to help make effective cultural changes and establish meritocratic workplaces where the best talent can rise to the top.
The Apollo Project has just completed Phase 4, its fourth annual run. Each year the Financial Times publishes a Global Special Report that highlights the Apollo Project. Apollo Project sponsors have included organisations such as General Electric, Lloyds Banking Group, RBS, Walmart, CMS, and Reed Smith.
